The Hole

If it wasn’t obvious already the Hole is just that. A very large hole that appeared as a result of a company that went under after the initial construction sank into the ground along with a large amount of construction machinery. It was bought incredibly cheap by the new owner who converted it into a bar. The entire bar is below ground with the fragments of the machinery and building material reused for walls, stairs and tables. The roof and walls above ground are a patchwork combination of sheet metal, lumber and steel beams and would definitely not pass code; though no city representative has ever actually visited for some reason. To enter you simply approach the shack like entrance where a bouncer will decide whether or not you may actually continue on. From there you take the concrete stairs leading down to the bottom of the sinkhole. Large construction lights slapped at seemingly random intervals shine down to give illumination. The actual bar is a massive misshapen rectangle in the center composed of parts of the construction machines and concrete bits. Tables are made from woven rebar topped with slabs of concrete. A huge bulldozer blade is held over the bar by hydralic pillars rising from the ground and can lower if a fight breaks out keeping the bartenders safe. The types of people that you’d find in the bar vary greatly but they tend to be of the “other” persuasion. Typically drifting bikers, rave kids, people looking to get lost, etc. Even a good handful of mages of differing traditions can be found there on occasion. For those seeking information or answers then you’re in luck as it is the place of business of Madam Creel (Madam X).
